Hello
I’m Tanya, a London-based Yoga Therapist in Practice and yoga teacher, specialising in neurodiversity, women’s wellbeing and support for parents of children with special educational needs (SEN), burnout and chronic fatigue.
My approach is holistic, compassionate and person-centred. I’m passionate about connecting with people as individuals and supporting them to integrate yoga into their lives in ways that feel accessible, meaningful and sustainable.
I believe that wellbeing is multidimensional. Meaningful transformation can happen when we care for the whole person, not only the physical body, but also our mental, emotional and possibly spiritual wellbeing.
In my classes and therapeutic work, I encourage people to experience yoga as more than physical movement. It can be a pathway towards greater self-awareness, self-understanding and connection. I aim to create a safe, welcoming environment where people can explore the relationship between their body, mind, emotions and inner world at their own pace.
My sessions may combine physical postures, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, deep rest and accessible elements of yogic philosophy. Each practice is offered with an emphasis on choice, curiosity and compassion, recognising that every person’s needs and lived experience are different.
My intention is to support people on their journey towards greater balance, resilience and self-connection. Through yoga therapy and teaching, I hope to empower individuals to develop practices that nurture them both on and off the mat, helping them move through life with greater awareness, ease and authenticity
